The first edition of the Cuore e Burlesque Festival
in Rimini will take place on:

You can apply for the Constest (Newcomers, with less than 3 years of burlesque performance experience)
or for the Gala (only for Pro, with over 3 years of burlesque performance experience).

- Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 11:00 Workshops
- Sunday, June 15, 2025 at 5:00 PM Beach Party
The organizers reserve the right to modify the program if necessary.
What should you pack to come to Rimini?
We aim to showcase every expression of the art of burlesque. The key word is diversity! Classic burlesque, comedy, new burlesque, draglesque, kinglesque, queerlesque, nerdlesque… The goal is presenting to the audience the most beautiful and largest variety of this art form. Pack your most original act!

What should you leave behind before coming to Rimini?
We do not want toxic competitiveness. Winning a prize is always enjoyable, but on our stage we want you to have fun and in the backstage we wish collaboration and mutual support to reign. So leave negativity or a win-at-all-costs mindset at home. Embrace the spirit of our festival!
What do we want you to take home as a souvenir from this experience?
First and foremost, a positive and pleasant memory of an experience in a safe, toxicity-free environment. You’ll meet international performers and have the opportunity to expand your burlesque network and friendships. Inspiration, artistic and personal growth, and lots of positivity!
This will be our greatest gift to you.
APPLICATION FEE
- The registration fee is optional and non-refundable (donate what you can to support the project).
- How to donate: Send your donation via PayPal to cuoreeburlesque@gmail.com
- Reason: Stage name + voluntary contribution to support the CEBF
- Before completing the payment, ensure you’ve selected the option “for friends and family.”
ACT REGULATIONS:
- Acts must last a maximum of 5 minutes (a few extra seconds are tolerated).
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Liquids and glitter will be accepted upon prior approval by the organizers. Be ready with an alternative solution, if required.
- Acts must match with the video submitted. If you’ve made modifications, specify them in the form. No last-minute changes.
- You may apply with up to two acts.
- No full nudity
WHAT YOU MUST INCLUDE IN THE APPLICATION:
- Link to the video (no downloads, no passwords).
- 2 HD photos (full-body and half-body), preferably on a black or white background. Photos must be renamed: stage name + photographer’s name.
WHAT YOU MUST PROVIDE IF SELECTED:
- Tech sheet for the selected act.
- Full music track (no separate tracks; only legally purchased music).
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IF SELECTED:
- Goody bag
- Backstage food and drinks
- Pass for the shows
- Competition Winner: trophy and a spot for the Show-Me Burlesque Festival in St. Louis, USA.
- Queerlesque Award to the most eccentric, free, and innovative act! The winner will have the chance to perform at the next edition of Queerlesque Florence in 2026!
- Free application at the Sicily Burlesque Festival 2026
- If selected to perform during the Gala, you’ll receive 100 euros (150 euros total for duos or groups)
- The Festival does not cover your travel, food, and/or accommodation costs, but it will offer agreements with strategically located hotels to facilitate your movements.
- The Festival will provide you with photos and videos of your performance as a courtesy
RULES YOU ACCEPT BY APPLYING TO THE FESTIVAL:
- You agree to promote the festival through your social networks and fully consent to the festival using your image to promote this and future events.
- You will not perform in Emilia Romagna for four weeks before and two weeks after the festival.

- The festival and its team are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of your belongings, or for any physical incidents that may occur to the selected artists. We ask for full cooperation in case any of the listed ( o above) situations should occur.
