The Cuore e Burlesque Festival is based on a few but essential values:
- Professional ethics
- Inclusion
- Transparency
The festival is the result of years of meticulous and detailed planning, with the aim of bringing to Rimini the best of the international burlesque scene, giving prestige to the Italian entertainment capital. This event stands out for its deep commitment to professional ethics. It is an event born out of positivity and the purest love for the art of burlesque.
The festival will never feature students from the Cuore e Burlesque Academy in its competitions to ensure a fair and impartial environment for all participants. The home team doesn’t compete but plays a vital role in the production and success of the event.
There is no fixed application fee. Every participant can make a voluntary donation according to their means. There will be no difference in treatment based on the amount donated. This event aims to be accessible to everyone, providing a platform that transcends social status.
The “Rimini Cuore e Burlesque Festival” the very first burlesque international festival of Rimini, that obtained support and patronage of the municipality of Rimini and of the “Comitato Provinciale di AICS”.
The first edition of the Official Rimini Burlesque Festival, took place on June 13th-14th-15th 2025, crowning the first “Mx Rimini Burlesque” and giving prizes as”2nd Runner Up”, “Most Comedic”, “Most Innovative” e “Most Queer”.
Since its very first edition, the Festival has made Rimini the capital of international burlesque, with attendees from all over Europe and the United States of America.
This is not an “exclusive” event;
as a matter of fact, it is INCLUSIVE
The Cuore e Burlesque Festival guarantees a safe, toxicity-free environment for everyone. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate and non-negotiable exclusion from the event.
This is and must remain a safe space for all.
No distinctions based on ethnicity, gender, gender identity, social class, religion, or physical appearance.
What matters is that you fascinate us with your act and which is neither offensive nor vulgar.
The goal of the event is to celebrate the art of burlesque in all its facets, to create a network of virtuous connections, and to take a first step toward a change of course.

The Rimini Cuore e Burlesque Festival, the first festival in the city of Rimini, held on June 13-14-15, 2025, was the subject of a documentary on burlesque.
Thanks to the wonderful work of Fuad Otul – “La teoria del niente” , the documentary fully captures all the messages conveyed by Freaky Candy through the art of burlesque during these three intense days of shows, workshops, and events.
